Self Leadership

Participants will develop the four pillars of self-leadership, to make meaningful, empowered choices while taking action. Training sessions include using techniques for adjusting to change, cultivating optimism, and developing good habits.


Self Leadership is the combined effect of taking responsibility for our actions, setting a meaningful direction for our lives, and having the judgment to manage priorities efficiently. This course will provide a meaningful learning experience for students working at all levels of an organization.

Iconic inspirational figures, such Walt Disney or Wayne Gretzky, worked hard to achieve their dreams, perhaps without using the term “self leadership”. They have, however, clearly demonstrated that being in control of their behavior, focus, practice, and education was necessary to achieving their goals.
